3. What Happens Next ⏱️

  • We’ll notify the user who uploaded it, giving them a chance to file a counter-notice if they believe it’s a mistake.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure ↩️

If your content was removed and you think it shouldn’t have been, email [email protected] with:

  1. Your contact details (same as above).
  2. Description and URL of the material that was removed.
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction – Agree to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or wherever we’re located if you’re outside the U.S.).
  5. Signature – Physical or electronic.

We’ll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they don’t file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringers 🚫

Accounts with multiple valid takedown notices may be suspended or terminated. We really don’t want to do that—please share only content you have the rights to use.
