3. What Happens Next ⏱️

4. Counter-Notice Procedure ↩️

  1. Your contact details (same as above).
  2. Description and URL of the material that was removed.
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction – Agree to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or wherever we’re located if you’re outside the U.S.).
  5. Signature – Physical or electronic.

We’ll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they don’t file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content.
